About Our Events
Our meetings typically occur every second Saturday of the month at a Portland area library at 11am; rotating locations - please check the calendar on this page and updates on our Facebook page or Instagram before heading out each month!
Meetings include access to our Volunteer Educators' expertise and libraries of carriers, which may be tried on for the duration of our meeting. Lending of carriers is not available at this time.
Play dates are casual gatherings that emphasize community and support. Typically play dates are hosted by at least one educator who can provide fit checks and sometimes, with advance notice, can bring a selection of carriers for trying. Given the nature of play date venues, the space required for providing a full library of carrier types is not available.
Often we collaborate with Beers and Babies for a play date event at a Portland area brewery. Check beersandbabies.org for details.
